2017 has started with many lessons in allowing, not being attached to an idea and staying in the moment.
There are many shifts and changes in all of our lives right now and Millcreek is experiencing this as well. We welcomed Cory from Vancouver and due to many unforeseen circumstances he has decided that he needs to return to the coast. He is torn as he loves the people he has worked with and the clinic however he needs to return to his support system to lean in.
This has been my lesson over the last few months as well - we all have times when we need to lean into our supports and let them hold us as we find new footing. Find the gratitude for these connections and for all the little things.
I believe that as the world pushes our limits and our beliefs we have to find the strength to stand stand together, support, laugh and cry in community.
